Gorgeous pa :)Nakakahiya kami, para kaming mga tourist dun, picture here, picture there :) but worth it. I agree, best date ever with Sheena! <3 |

Getting around China's unreasonable Firewall, which has been frustrating international people like us for quite some time now, is such a good feeling. In Chinese, 感觉好爽哦... Hahaha. Whenever one website has this one tiny comment saying something bad about China, blocked kaagad. Yup, they're that bad. Communist pa rin sila! :)) And so enter the world of proxies, underground sites and whatever. I don't care, basta I still get to see Multiply (Philippine social life) and Facebook (China social life). Hahaha :)) Special thanks to Alifu, my Malaysian big brother :) | | It began like this - when a group of Aussies came for a study tour at our university sa China, the teachers asked us Filipinos to volunteer as translators, kasi kami lang nakaka-English nang matino, haha!
Anyway, I was expecting this group of middle-aged blondies talaga. Then surprise! Haha. It turned out to be Chinese whose families were based in Australia. So they're like looking Chinese pero with this Aussie accent which I forever love! :))

That's why I haven't been logging in for so long :o It still sucks, you know, being forced to use Facebook and Friendster instead. But everything's good, I guess. After almost 5 months, I killed myself a second time getting on a plane back to the Philiippines to escape the freezing winter in Guangzhou. Winter with no snow = BOO. Will be flying back on February 20 to face another very challenging semester. God has been so good to give me an 80 above average for the last sem, considering that I had a really, really hard time. What do you think is one thing I shouldn't EVER forget when I pack for China? :D Thank YOU! :) | | With a bit of the recognition rites before the graduation date thrown in. Basically, the whole ceremony was sooo yawn. (Tsk, my dad even slept through half of the ceremony! Haha!)
But it symbolizes the end of one of the biggest blessings God brought into my life - being able to study at La Salle! Buti nga He gave me honorable mention pa eh ;p

Guangzhou, China in the first week of September. Maybe during Sept. 1 or 2. For four years. To study Mandarin. (I'm breaking so many grammar rules!!!) 
God is soooo unpredictable in His plans, but I'll just trust Him. I know He'll keep me safe. In the meantime, I'll be at Guangzhou, where Hong Kong is literally just a bridge away! Renamed from Vacation Bible School, or the VBS we all grew up with :) I'm gonna be a marshall for the 10-year-olds. MEANING, ako ang tagadala ng snacks and drinks everyday sa room, ako yung sasama sa kanila sa CR kung mayroon mang di pa marunong mag-potty, pero I really DOUBT. Haha. Tsaka siyempre tagabantay all around. Para naman mabigyan ng tanyag ang aking role bilang marshall. Imagine mo kung naging marshall ako sa preschoolers? OH NO, haha. But hey, I'm not complaining either ;) Kailan pa ako nagta-Tagalog?!? WHAT A JOKE. After I watched this video for a couple of times, lagi ko naman naririnig yung original version sa radio. What the?!? HAHA. Tsaka di pala si Mariah yung pinaka-original :))
